Peace and kindness

This place is in the wood, but in 5 minutes by car you arrive at Legoland and Lego House. Also the airport is very near, 15 minutes by car.
It is a small apartment with a small kitchen where you will also find coffee, tea, sugar, salt, spices, dish soap and towels. There's a table outside when you can rest in the peaceful area. You are in the wood, and everything is perfectly well-finished and taken care of. There are swings, a trampoline and a soccer field where my son enjoyed passing time.
You can chose if you want to have breakfast in a common area or to have a door-delivery breakfast, we decided for the last one. We agreed with Erik the time and what we preferred to drink and every morning at 8.00 we opened the door and found a box containing hot bread, ham and other cold cuts, cheese, some vegetables, butter, marmalade, hot coffe, milk, juice and cereals.
Erik and his wife are polite and kind persons, they will help you if you have any request.
If we'll happen to visit again Billund in the future we'll definitely stay here again because this place made our journey lovely and peaceful.
A special thanks to Erik and his wife for the effort they put everyday for taking care of this wonderful place and for their kindness.

Lovely place

We just left our quarters. We had a great time. The owners are very kind and helpful for every request. My children aged 13 and 14 also enjoyed it very much. Very close to LEGO park. I didn't want to leave...

A wonderful place

Half-hidden among the trees and overlooking a meadow where horses graze, this is simple but perfectly equipped accommodation (because perfectionism is in the Danish DNA).
Spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, and anything you might need, Erik provides.
Perfect for visiting Legoland (nothing is far away in Billund) but also for long bike rides in the surrounding countryside.
A place to come back to.

Atmospheric stay a stone's throw from Legoland

If you go to Legoland in Billund and you want to spend two days in Legoland, then of course you should look forward to staying nearby. If you stick some other trips to that and you stay there for several days, you want to stay well and not just have an overnight place.
That's what we found in Gregersminde. Located about a mile from Billund surrounded by nature, this is an oasis of peace with multiple sleeping accommodations ranging from apartments to individual chalets.
The accessibility is super, the comfort and price are too. Add to this the friendly welcome and accessibility of your host and this stay guarantees a pleasant experience.
Unfortunately, the nearby airport of Billund throws some wrench in the works with the planes flying overhead but other (more expensive) stays in the neighborhood will suffer equally. Once you compare that to the sporadic truck passing by your hotel and causing some noise nuisance, this is really not so bad.
I do not add any extra photos to my review because the photos provided are truthful and clarifying enough.
I highly recommend this place to stay!

Gregersminde

Amazing place. A little away from downtown Billund but that is part of the charm. To go anywhere you'll need transportation. Taxis are expensive. Perfect place to stay if you either have a car or want to rent a bicycle. Very nice host. Nice small football grass court.
