VERY GOOD STAY

VERY GOOD WE STAY WITH FAMILY AND FRIEND SERVICE IS GOOD NICE FOOD ALSO,
WE ORDER PURE VEGETARIEN FOOD DAL KHICHADI WAS VERY TASTY,NICE CLEAN ROOM BED AND ROOM AMENITIES ,VERY CLOSE TO TOURIST PLACE RAM BRIGHDE,JANKI BRIDHGE AND TRIVENI GHAT , GANGA ARTI WAS AMAZING ,HOPE NEXT TIME EXPLORE RISHIKESH WE STAY TRIHARI HOTEL.

not recommended..

It's a very bad experience. This hotel is booked by a travel company saying 3 star hotel which includes breakfast and dinner. But we got a bitter experience as the room provided is not good and we have a company in the room , a RAT. They didn't have restaurant as they mention. very limited menu they serve and staff also not curtious. not a good hotel to recommend

One of the best hotel in Rishikesh. I stayed here for one day room service, staff and cleanliness were vey good.

You must stay in this hotel. Amazing location and best views from window and balcony. Room service and food were amazing. Behaviour of staff is very good. Washroom and floor were very clean, soaps and shampoos were of good quality. Overall it was amazing experience.

2 night stay in Hrishikesh

We stayed here for 2 nights while we explored hrishikesh. This was a stay which I would regret for sheer bad service provided to us even after paying hansome amount to them as shown on website. First of all when we checked in we called them 4 times to fix the dish tv which was not working. They did not recharge it and not they had batteries in their remotes. The next day after continuous request they fixed it as if they are giving it for free. We also told them as they have mentioned it in package and shown on your website they bluntly said it is not we provide and not their responsibility. Very rude it was. Don't expect good service from this hotel. Now coming to food it was tasteless and also they keep the same food everyday not a single item is changed and we we told them about it as it was repeated as we were staying here for 2 nights they were just giving excuses and saying we just have this in our routine. Such a bad experience also we found the rice as half cooked and potatoes sabji also half cooked and when we told the cooking section they were ignoring us and no response from them at all. Do not take food from them rather eat outside which is much better.
I would suggest to stay away from this hotel to avoid bad experience and spoil your trip stay.
I would seriously get refund from this hotel for what I went through over here.
:( I personally do not recommend this hotel at all.

The worst experiance

Tri Hari hotel has accused its travel agents of doing fake publicity which will only ruin their business
They do not have any river view room as shown in the photo
The hotel is on a city road
They do not allow any access to their terŕace
They felt sorry for guests who reach the hotel & feel cheated
