Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform RQ Santiago in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Parking is subject to availability and must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. At check-in, guests must leave a deposit of USD 30 for each night of accommodation and/or $25,000 CLP. There is no pool available, the hotel no longer offers this service. The hotel has luggage storage for arriving and departing guests.
