Getting around the neighborhood is a breeze! The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a hop, skip, and a jump away: less than a quarter of a mile! Parking: Avoid delays by activating a registration process before you arrive! In order to take advantage of this complex’s underground parking, guests will, prior to their arrival, need to register for a parking QR code. While the property manager will pay for this registration process, guests need to sign up and activate it. No oversized vehicles will fit in the underground parking. Assure that the property manager has your most up-to-date, reliable email address. On the day of your check-in, we will email you a registration. The QR code provided opens the garage gate. Guest is granted one parking pass (for one car per reservation); this pass can be retrieved from the Welcome Center front gate. Once you arrive at the resort, please retrieve a parking pass from security at gate. This pass needs to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Vehicles with no pass displayed will be tagged until owner pays a $100 fine to remove the tire tag (similar to a "boot"). If guest requires additional parking, remaining cars may be parked in the Inspiration overflow lot, which can be found at the corner of Baytowne Avenue and Inspiration Way. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks.
