Mostly good but some bad

Girls Golf trip for 2 days of golf and 2 nights at the hotel. The hotel rooms were great! Big and clean and quiet. Golf was good too. Nice course design with fast greens. We ate both nights at the restaurant. First night was very good so we returned, but the 2nd night the service was very slow and food was overcooked and not very hot. There were only 2 waitresses and the dinning room and terrace was full. I would sum up my experience as feeling disjointed with the hotel-golf-restaurant. I was informed that they are three completely separate entities. That would explain the feeling our group felt.

Room with connecting door

If you rent a room, ask for a room without a connecting door between 2 rooms, the soundproofing is nonexistent. People don't care about the person next door, they party with music at full blast. I am working tomorrow morning.
Very clean room, excellent service, but sleeping poorly ruins any good review

Clean room.
Free parking.
Business friendly - good WIFI.
Friendly and polite staff at reception.
Good dining facilities - excellent food.
Would be nice to have distributing machines for drinks and snacks for late arrivals.

Our stay was very disappointing. For this type of hotel, we expected much better service and cleanliness—it felt more like an inn. The elevator floor was full of crumbs, and the hallway to the rooms had lots of ladybugs and mosquitoes. Inside our room, there were ladybugs around the balcony door frame and mosquitoes flying everywhere.
When we reported it, the receptionist (who was also the cleaner) asked us to wait outside while she “cleaned,” but the bugs were still there afterward. She said all rooms were the same and none were available. After a long drive, we ended up cleaning the room ourselves with a vacuum she lent us.
The room was missing listed items like wine glasses and a wine bucket. There were no basics like tea bags, body lotion, or hand soap. The water dispenser was broken, with no hot only cold water was available.
The restaurant was also disappointing. Both steaks were cooked unevenly—half medium, half well-done—and the seafood gratin came without the garlic bread mentioned on the menu. Staff didn’t even inform us or offer an alternative until we asked.
Overall, very poor service and low standards. The only good thing was that the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.
