Pet-friendly and restful hotel

Great experience, it is a very nice space to be with family as well as being pet friendly. The facilities are very well maintained and has a very friendly staff and willing to answer all kinds of questions.

Beautiful hotel

It is a family style hotel, very welcoming, has what you need for a good rest, the staff is attentive and very friendly, willing to help. Very clean everything. Breakfast is rich and like being at home.
Best location, a block and a half from the Plaza de Armas where everything is, and surrounded by restaurants and attractions.

Excellent service in a mid-range local hotel

We stayed there during the total solar eclipse (July 2019) at a time when the entire town was packed with people from Chile and all over the world. The staff at Hotel Halley went out of there way to answer all our questions (despite my very limited Spanish), and to ensure that our entire trip was happy.

Nice staff

We had pastel de choclo which was very good indeed and plateado which was tough..... but we enjoyed it...the waiter was a great guy.
There isn’t a lot of choice in Vicunia and they are very willing here

Chill out & Discover.

Vicuña is not only the birth of Gabriela Mistral (one of the most renown poetess of Chile) also is an Oasis which is close enough of Valle del Elqui (5 hours around). Plenty of palm trees decorate the landscape of the zone, with peaceful rivers flowing around and fresh air that give you a stand by in your desert trip. This Hotel is placed around a yard of palm trees with hammocks in between that give you the perfect place to relax and disconnect of your routine.
