Big, comfy...needs lighting
We stayed in the City Friends apartment on the top floor. The apartment is very big, with a well equipped kitchen, including a big fridge. The clothes washing machine took some getting used-to ("yikes?!?... no...how do we get it off the 6 hour wash cycle??"). WiFi was strong and easy to connect to (why do some vacation rental wifi have absurdly protracted sign-in protocols?). Our only complaint was the "mood lighting" after dark. Apparently this apartment is not designed for people who like to read after sunset. The lighting in the kitchen was so dim, we could not clean up after supper. An interesting feature is the Variety Show on the main and 1st floor. Had we understood what this was (music, acrobats, no understanding of German required), we would have pre-booked a show. They sell out weeks in advance. As the young, multinational, eccentrically coiffed and dressed performers apparently lodge on the building, you get some memorable encounters in the elevators.

Brief stay
This spacious hotel "Skyline" has an excellent location! Everything within a short walk. No parking, but a garage close by. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. It was not particularly clean. Lots of dust bunnies, and in the bathroom garbage was a used condom. Gross. If a person stayed there a week, no problem. Just plan to spend first day doing some light cleaning. You must call the number an hour before arrival to plan the meeting. No reception area there. Office is not close, so you need to arrange ahead of time

Luxurious, spacious, splendid
We enjoyed the friends apartment which is absolutly perfectly equipped with anything and everything you can imagine needed. The kitchen has anything you could need, the bedroom and the kitchen are huge. Never seen such a remarkable apartment for short rentals!!

Spatious, excellent location
Very clean and spatious, in the heart of the city. the historic centre is 5 min. walk, and the central train station 15 minutes.
All restaurants and shops are close at hand.

Location location location!
We stayed in colourdreams- a lovely spacious and comfortable apartment, close to the city centre, nearby excellent apartment stores and the main train station as well as tram stations. All possible appliances and soap, toilet paper, washing powder, etc supplied. Unlimited wi-fi, worked OK. Very good heating, not sure about the situation in summer, no aircon. We enjoyed our little home from home and recommend this for those who like doing their own thing. Will not stay anywhere else in Leipzig again!
