Convenient location but zero customer service
As others have said, this place is definitely sub-par. We had two rooms booked, but there is no information provided about the actual booking -in procedure. Staff at the Indian restaurant below reluctantly gave us our keys. I have no idea if this is their responsibility or not. Sure, they didn't speak English, but a smile and a welcome in German would have been a start.
As for the rooms - human hairs on the bed, stained sheets and tired, paper-thin bedding and towels. No information provided about breakfast or even where to leave the key on check-out. We seriously considered leaving and trying to find somewhere else, but we had been driving for hours and we were tired.
The rooms also smell of old curry. I like Indian food a lot, but not as a permanent odour.
