Chiostaki beauty

Excellent area and landscape. Breakfast was also prime. My room was a little dark because it was downstairs but it was spacious. A medieval Venetian structure amidst cenotes

Unique experience

The hotel is unique, in that the rustic buildings are from 1640 and situated in a citrus grove. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The staff is warm and accommodating. The self serve breakfast includes freshly made breads, jams and bread, eggs, omelettes, fresh squeezed orange juice. Sit and relax outside surrounded by history in the jasmine scented air. If you are looking for a one of a kind stay in Chios, this is the place. Near the airport, down town and beaches. This was my second trip and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Inga the property manager is very professional and strives to please.

Beautiful estate .beautiful large rooms
Everything perfect
Breakfast served with love in the garden.
And a perfect starting point to discover Chios..

Perleas Mansion: a hidden gem in Chios Island, Greece

Perleas Mansion is centraly located at Kampos, Chios Island, Greece. The place is ideal for individuals, couples and families who want to enjoy tranquility, the beauty of an historic building surrounded by well caretaken orange and mandarin trees combined by the genuine hospitality of the host, Mr. Vangelis. Wonderful beaches (not so crowded) are at a distance of circa 15 minutes (by car), while the popular (but crowded) beach of Karfas is no more than 5 minutes away. The traditional breakfast offered in the central building is the best way to start your day; among other things you have the opportunity to try the home-made marmelades: try 'mandarin' (marmelade and sweet) for an unforgettable experience! We've visited Perleas Mansion three times in total (2 weeks in July of 2022 and the first week of July of 2023) and we're looking forward to our next time!

Beautiful structure

Excellent structure, for location, cleanliness and friendliness of the owner. Vangelis made the stay particularly special.
The rooms are spacious, bright and clean. They reflect the photos published on the site. Everything was perfect!
