Budget-friendly hotel but poor service

Budget-friendly hotel with spacious rooms and pleasant furnishings. The property could benefit from some maintenance, but the biggest issue was the reception staff. A welcoming attitude toward guests would go a long way, as the receptionist came across as rude and unhelpful.
Please note that the hotel is pet-friendly, so if you're concerned about animals wandering around the property, this may not be the right choice. During my stay, a dog entered my room without any assistance from staff to address the situation.

Very careful with thefts at this hotel

One night we went out to eat and stored everything in the safe deposit box, the next morning when we were about to go on an excursion we realized that we were missing $100 and a credit card, I don't know how they do it but a pretty unpleasant experience

Mid-range hotel with friendly staff

The hotel is centrally located and you can easily get from A to B on foot. Alternatively, you can rent bikes. Slightly more expensive than usual, but you don't have to deposit your passport for that. The room is ok, large with comfortable beds, however there are no storage facilities or options to hang clothes. The wardrobe is in the bathroom, with high humidity without trigger not really clever. There are also no hangers. Without any problems, a reasonable wardrobe could be built into the large main room.
We would like to highlight Kimberley and Alexis from the reception. We had some small problems and both of them supported us great(transfer booked, early check in and late check out organized etc.) That really helped us! Thanks for that!

Okay

Bad start as we were given a room with a broken toilet and took awhile for anybody to come and address the situation. However we were moved into a better room eventually. Sadly another of our rooms (as we booked two), featured a broken shower head. Food was decent and staff was nice.
