Friendly riad close to medina entrance
Nice little place that was just inside the medina and easy to find. About a 20 minute walk from train station and similar to the kasbah and mausoleum. Nice decor, good rooftop terrace and friendly reception.

Unpleasant experience......
In my own experience, this is a bad accommodation, I strongly advise you to wait before proceeding with your reservation, your travel plan and your choice of accommodation deserves to be very careful does not waste your time and energy; it is better that you pay close attention instead of being in the mud.

Good for short stay.
The Dar is near the Medina gate off the main street, and has a good number of restaurants and street food within short walking distance. Owner was friendly.
Distance to the train station and landmarks such as Hasan tower and Kasbah of the Udayas is walkable. Else, the public transport is near the Medina gate.
Cons: Room was facing the street of the main entrance and was noisy in the early morning.
Shower head was old and water was spread over wider area.
Overall, good for a short stay and value for money.
