Comfort Stay

Visited this place last year and stayed for two nights for a review meeting (in another hotel) and loved it. Room was very cozy, clean and spacious. Loved the level of bed comfort and amenities provided. Lies on the main street of Hetauda connecting Birgunj and Kathmandu. Food, service and hospitality was great and they have a connecting PUB which was awesome to enjoy. Probably the only PUB in town that attracts youngsters. Good service and food there as well. Probably the best place to stay as solo traveler or with family and friends and everything is just so convenient since it is on walking distance. Slightly pricey than other normal hotel but the quality counts much more than anything else.

Am I too critical?! - Hotel Samana

The hotel has pleasant rooms, the size is correct, but if you are unlucky (like us) you will have a bathroom in a pretty desolate state (calcified shower without a curtain - the bathroom is flooded afterwards - faucet, hmmm; wobbly towel rail. I have seen other rooms. It is better. The remote control for the TV (very dusty) does not work. Oxidized batteries. Nightclub right in front of the hotel. Very loud. Only 1 small and 1 large towel for 2 people. Unfortunately the food was repeated almost every day. Positive: always new water bottles in the room.

Hotel with average room for its cost, rude staff and worst breakfast

This hotel is situated in a Busy street of Hetauda. It is in main road. Because of this, there is lot of noise in hotel room. Rooms are preety decent but not worth for the price it charge. Staff are very rude right from reception. They simply don't care about ur any need. Breakfast is the worst. Dont take the BB plan. Our order were all mixed up and when we complained they said they can do nothing abt it and we had to eat what we were given. They didnt have the courtesy to change to actual ordered and in top of that we were charged for what we hadn't ordered! Restaurant staff does not have knowledge of their own menu! Rooms lack all the basic amenities like safe deposit box, hairdryer, etc. Skip this hotel if there are other options available!

Reserve directly with the hotel!

We stayed at the hotel for one night en route from Chitwan to Kathmandu. The hotel is in the centre of town but the location was quiet at night. The room itself was large but very dated and the carpet stained.
We ate in the restaurant and the food was good.
We had booked and paid $70 in advance for a standard room with Hotels.com. This was non-refundable. On arrival at the hotel, the hotel rates were displayed on the counter. The walk in rate for a standard room including tax and converted into dollars was $29.
When questioned, the hotel said Hotels.com set the room rate, not the hotel. Hotels.com have subsequently confirmed that this is the case, saying:
“ We totally understand about the confusion, and here's the reason why price is lower at the property than Hotels.com. Please be advised, we pre-negotiate certain room rates with hotel suppliers to facilitate the booking of reservations on your behalf. The room rate displayed on the website or confirmation email is a combination of the pre-negotiated room rate for rooms reserved and the facilitation fee retained by Hotels.com to compensate us for our services.”

Hotel in Hetauda

The food was nice and the room was relatively managed clean and neat.
They had a swimming pool and a bar.
It was convenient since the movie theater and other stores were nearby.
Only due to the geographical reason, there were many insects in the room.

ニュースペーパーとマガジンが ロビーに あります。
