Amazing place for Nature Lovers
We went to the Komani Lake in June 2023 and stayed in the beautiful wooden Huts right beside the Lake. It was so quiet and peaceful there. The Food was amazing and the Hosts were really friendly People. It is possible to rent Kayaks and take a trip over the lake and into the beautiful iceblue Shala River. The Guys from 5Stinet will take you there by Motorboat aswell if you prefer. All in all we had a wonderful amazing time and enjoyed this place so much.

Nice place, disappointing service
We stayed at this lovely place 2 nights. We went by the good reviews, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. The villa is fine and you have nice views. The hygiene, cleaning, leaves something to be desired. You can sit outside, but there's no shade. In summer it is more than 30 degrees. Furthermore, communication is below standard. The staff is uninterested, nothing is told about breakfast, lunch or dinner or an answer to a question at all. If you ask for something, it is difficult to answer, although they do speak English. There is no coffee or tea also at breakfast. The food during lunch was cold, because large groups come for lunch, production is run. Very sorry about this beautiful location.

Peaceful Getaway
We spent two nights in one of the "5 Seasons" guesthouses. The place was clean, comfortable, and very calm. Beautiful walks along the mountainside, and a visit to the Shala river were our top experiences here. The host, Albert, was very warm and friendly. Lunch and dinner was also easily arranged, and most of it came from the garden on-site! All in all we had a very relaxing stay here and can absolutely recommend it.
The only suggestions for improvement would be: to take care of a cleaner environment around the area (trash on the mountains, beaches, and in the water).

Amazing authentic experience
We had an extraordinary time at 5 Stinet. We stayed one month in Albania with our 2 young kids (3 and 5 years old) and this place was one of our most favorite one. The view is breathtaking and relaxing, the place is clean, you eat very well and only local products. Most of all, people we met there made it even more enjoyable ! Special Thank you to Albert, Marco his family and of course Lary to take care of us in a such nice way. We will never forget you !
I definitely recommend this place if you want to live a authentic experience surrounded by the beautiful Koman lake and mountains. There also many activities to do: visit a small amazing beach nearby, kayak, walk etc
The only improvement point is the communication with one of the guy working there and who give his phone number as main point of contact but doesn’t answer very efficiently (maybe because of his English level). But this is a small thing compared to our fabulous experience there because everyone was very kind.

Enjoy the silence (and a lot more)!
Breathtaking views from lovely bungalows. Fantastic, English speaking staff. Great local views. Good for swimming, kayaking, day hikes or just a lazy day enjoying the views.
Rooms are spotless, beds are good. All in all highly recommended. Komani lake is such a beautiful area, worth to stop here for a night or longer.
