Big room, great view of the beach and close proximity including many shops. Pool and spa popular with mature-aged guests like me and for young families. Warm spa as part of pool setup. Secure undercover parking with everything needing the scan card. A little bit tight with the room replacement items but managed to overcome this little hurdle. If you stay at a good hotel you don’t want stingy as the price covers all.

Perfect Mooloolaba location.

A most enjoyable stay at the Landmark Resort. An excellent location, with an easy walk to the beach, cafes and the wharf.
The apartment was very comfortable and quiet.

We love our Kiwi tourists this time of the year, & it's the perfect time to have a holiday on the Sunny Coast & get away from the cold of Hamilton. Looks like you made the most of our great location. Our location is certainly the best in Mooloolaba an easy walk to every you need on a holiday. Plenty of great restaurants & retail shops.

Landmark was excellent. It is located nicely on the Esplanade with easy access to everything you need. Staff were lovely, pool area excellent and units very clean & well equipped. The only change i would have made, is I would probably book the one bedroom apartment rather than the studio, just for a bit of extra room.

Great location, great view!

While not a 180 degree ocean view, we did have a view ... could see the ocean from the bed! The one-bedroom unit is cleverly designed to make the most of the space. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony, swimming in the heated pool, hot spas (esp the roof top one!). The location meant we didn't have any traffic noise which was great. Instead we enjoyed the sound of the waves and the birds! Easy walking distance to numerous restaurants, gelato shops, the beach .... what more do you need?!

Wow, looks like you had a great holiday. The one bedrooms certainly have a great aspect of the beach & you have been able to describe that perfectly. You have made the most of the heated pool & spa during the current cooler climate. After reading your feedback I want to stay myself.
