Traveling to another country can be stressful, but the staff/owner made it stress free even prior to checking in! We were initially nervous of getting lost to find the entrance, or not being able to find parking because August is a busy month. But the staff was able to give me great direction and pictures, making the check in process so easy! The place itself is a PERFECT location. In the heart of everything! If we wanted to go back to rest a little, it was close enough to go back. If we decided last minute to go out for drinks, we were able to step out and go down the street. Place was clean, cozy, and overall made our trip to Zadar so much fun. Thank you for a great experience, would highly recommend :)

There is a flight of stairs, broken into sections, shared with apartments. Just about perfect, with a very responsive host just a WhatsApp away. Americans like me may miss having a coffee maker, but the Nespresso makes small drinks. Besides, you might miss the delicious bjela kava everywhere. Excellent central location, you'll be up late for the live music sometimes. Enjoy.

We stayed in the City View Apartment and rhe property is finished to a very high standard and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the heart of Zadar Old Town. It's ideally located right in the centre, less than 5 mins walk from the Roman Forum ruins and Bell Tower with a wide variety of restaurants, street food and bakeries in the surrounding streets providing lots of variety and price points. There are also a couple of supermarkets near by, so if you decide to eat in rather than out all the time that's also easy. Getting to and from the property is easy, with the airport bus stopping just outside the Old Town walls, approx. 5-10mins walk and costs €5 per person. Alternatively an Uber from the airport is approx. €12-€15, much cheaper than the €30+ you'll pay if you use one of the taxis waiting outside the airport. We had fantastic communication from the property before our arrival with clear instructions, including photos, explaining how to get there and how to gain access to the apartment, and they were quick to reply to any questions. I have no hesitation in recommending this accomodation to anyone looking to visit Zadar, thanks for a great stay.

Excellent location with amazing customer service.

Location:
20 minutes slow walk from the central bus station or 5 minutes taxi ride to the nearest point with a 2 minutes walk to the accommodation.
Surrounded by restaurants, bars, coffee shops, retail shops, ice cream stores, attractions, and the waterfront. This is literally in the heart of the old town. You cannot fault where it is.
Room: enter the building via the entrance code and collect the key via the box (password required). Enter and use the key to switch on the power. You will reach an amazing well designed room. Very comfortable bed with some added sweet touches. There is a Nespresso machine, free instant coffee, teas, complimentary water and juices.
Fast WiFi and a flat screen TV with plenty of channels and movies.
The shower room is immaculate and a power shower.

Perfect place to stay in Zadar. Right in the centre of town but not noisy. Beautiful room, very well appointed. Lots of little touches to enhance your stay. Communication was excellence re getting to the property etc
