Disappointing
The property is new and quite nice. Another strong point is the proximity, a 10-minute walk, to Matira Beach which is simply wonderful! The minimarket just a stone's throw away is very convenient.
And here, as far as I'm concerned, the positive aspects of this property end.
Let's start with the fact that we booked (and paid) for three people: upon our arrival we found just two large towels (the third guest evidently wasn't supposed to wash), which we had to make do with for the shower, for the face, for the hair, and everything else. After 3 days of continuous use, it really wasn't the best.
No sheets were provided for the sofa bed, which my daughter could not use because it was rock hard. When we requested the sheets, they only brought us the fitted sheet and a sort of fleece blanket. In the double bed, however, we had a duvet that might have been useful in January in Norway but was unusable in July in Polynesia: result: you were either too cold or too hot.
They don't provide a hair dryer! We requested one and they replied that they don't have any! Never had such a thing happen! To dry our hair, we had to stand out in the sun and wait there... Incredible!
Breakfast: for three days they brought us breakfast (very scarce...) for two people and totally ignored from start to finish that there were three of us!
The property itself has potential, but the services are absolutely poor and inadequate! What a shame!

Very beautiful property up to today standards. I would have preferred the communication had been a bit more prompt. Nothing to complain Matira beach 8 min away walking. You can eat at mai tai their food is great.

Super logement, comme neuf, spacieux bien équipé. Il manque juste des lampes de chevet pour un 20/20. Terrasse agréable, personnel tres agréable
