Seeking full compensation back after staying in 2 houses with moisture and mold

can clearly keep the bullshit in the house can think about ordering a vacation here unless you have a good immune defense the case is the one we ordered a vacation through the Danish car vacation to the center parcs bispinger heide from d 13 July 2026 to d 21 July 2026 we can keep it in the house and think about it as soon as we can see the house 337 that it's well enough enclosed by trees and bushes but it was only the dick of what we've seen inside we're going to get into the apartment that needs to make everything possible down the wall and there's a new mouth spots on the wall and there's a new time at the kitchen there we're loading the whole bathroom ceiling and there's a better place in the bathroom roof and there's a good gardin sitting in the corner and there's a lot of flying water on the ceiling and under the man's bag we've got a lot of silver fish in the sand, he's got pictures of the big length of the day and there's mouthful mouth in the bed and there's bed and there's a mouthfulness and there's a vacation and there's a holiday and it's a year we's a year on the terrace and we's a year we'd we'd a year we'd we'd have a good luck in the next year we's d's gather in the house
Outside on the terrace there are filled with moose caves and every time we put them to there comes new we so many of them and at all food stations and no poison to see anywhere plus our terrace was tiles not even finished laid outside and it was filled with a lot of branches/pins and was filled with cloves is not a place you would sit and was so hot a house be in for we could not have doors or windows open because there was a risk of mice inside. At the terrace door there are 3 ceiling boards that broke and on one of the rooms there is black mold/mushroom in the window we have of course filmed everything and we have taken a picture of everything so we have documentation of everything we say about the window in the living room out towards the road could you print out and closed not tightly we also in almost every corner of the house there is moisture down against the foot list and up on the wall where there is also floor that rises after moisture.
We have 2 boys who are deeply unhappy about the holiday here as they say it has not been nice and we have gotten ruined our beloved summer vacation oh have had to move all the time this has been so crazy and been so grotesque that you don't understand it. We have after we came home struggled with a lot of headache and we go and run away really much and had it bad there are limits for what to find yourself in when you pay over 20 thousand for your holiday so it should just be fine so we demand of course full compensation back for. for we have far from getting what we paid for and we are willing to go on with the case here plus we recorded the conversation the man had with the manager for having documentation she understood really well we would not be in it and said so it should not be etc but what can we use it for our holiday was totally destroyed and their photos on the website are at least not what it should live up to and have been really edited for it should look like something it is not. After all the chaos here we chose to withdraw and go home on July 17th for we became more and more bad in it not smart after our son's completed course we are totally in shock and for it should not be enough so we have sought complaint through Danish car holidays and will have full compensation back for this nightmare and they inform there 6-8 weeks of parenting so we are now standing with 2 unhappy children that can not find a new holiday to because they have so inhumane long waiting time and to the time when they have dealt with the case so the kids in school again this is simply not acceptable. We are so furious about the action and the way it is handled!!

Everything is showing its age
We had rented a premium bungalow, but what was that supposed to mean? Access to the bungalow is very poor; the pavement by the bungalow is falling apart, not to mention the bushes growing over everything. Everything is very sloppy. Terrace furnished with simple plastic furniture. On top of that, you have to find the bungalow in the first place. Everything is just showing its age, a pity. At these prices.

Nice park with lots of activities despite the early pre-season
A wheelchair 4 person cottage booked, the living room - kitchen and bathroom are excellent. The terrace and bedrooms are too small for the wheelchair.
At the park it is good walking, also with wheelchair and there are plenty of activities despite the early pre-season.

Everything good, the kids had fun
It was a very nice vacation. We liked it a lot. Everything was clean, but the staff should also look up when cleaning, because there were spiderwebs in and on the lamp!! But that didn't bother us any further. I can highly recommend a vacation here. We will definitely come back again.
