The hotel was fab bar one thing on Friday the fire alarm went off I'm a amputee on a mobility scooter.no way downstairs.nonody came to check. Thank you

If you are looking for a hotel where you can do whatever you want, this is the place to be.
Friendly staff. Bad hotel. Not very clean. The rooms are very hot and stuffy. Don't even understand how it gets so hot, even when it is cool outside. So much noise from the party street outside and party people inside the hotel.

Front desk person tried to charge me while room was prepaid. I spent 15 stressful minutes on my phone with booking site before employee realized she confused me with a different guest with a similar name even though she had my passport. Humans make mistakes, I understand, but she never apologized. A simple “sorry” would have gone a long way.

Excellent small property

I have booked this hotel for two nights as this is very near to the cologne main train station.
The hotel is better than expected as the rooms are so much clean and nice with tea coffee and drinking water bottles in the room.
The staff is more friendly than I have not seen even in big hotels.
The only thing is they should add breakfast
All the best
