Very spacious rooms

We had a very large suite. Initially, however, hard to get warm due to the size. In both bathrooms underfloor heating and two balconies!
However, in northern German snow conditions, you have to cross a bridge for breakfast in the morning to the main building. Even more annoying with a handicap on the foot. The breakfast itself is small but fine. Here and there, there was no labelling on the cold cuts and cheese.

Recommended, nice hotel

The hotel has spacious rooms, some of which are equipped for disabled guests. Recommended are the rooms with a view of the Elbe or Jeetzel. The breakfast buffet in the opposite Café Dierks is rich.

Top recommendation in Hitzacker

After almost five years we have booked the Deluxe Double Room again - for the third time. It was great again. The room picobello clean, the beds (king size) top. In addition to the car parking spaces (large enough also with bicycle rack at the rear), there are sufficient storage facilities for bicycles, including a lockable bicycle storage room, with sockets for e-bike batteries. Breakfast at the nearby Café Dierks leaves nothing missing.
The hotel is the perfect starting point for exploring the region by bike.
Conclusion: We'll do it again.

Not cheap, but worth every euro.

The booked double room turned out to be an apartment with bedroom, living area, a large bathroom, an additional toilet room and even two balconies(!).
The bathroom was equipped with a great rain shower, the bedroom with a very large bed in which we slept wonderfully.
Everything was modern and also very clean.
Breakfast, which is taken across the river in the cafe, left nothing to be desired and was very delicious.
Also the staff made a very friendly and helpful impression.
It was also important for us that we could safely store our bikes for free in a lockable room. There was even a key until departure for us so it would have been possible to use the bikes at any time.
No problem for us as we could drive up with the bikes, but maybe for other guests: The reception is also across the river and some guests struggled to get their luggage over the wooden bridge to the hotel. It is therefore better (even if you have not reserved a parking space) to drive over by car and unload the suitcases there.

Gladly again

Cafe Dierks for food, TOP!!! Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Everything as promised: 4 stars. We'd love to come back here. The first impression was actually different::?! Expensive, 4 stars?? You think so, great!!! Also well attended.
