Very nice

Very nice and fine place, lovely Xmas decoration, very friendly staff and good food !! The menu is not extremely extensive, still there is plenty to chose from, I would think ;-) And now I need to fill the text....

All good and nothing negative for Alt Weeze

This was a stopover night as my flight arrived quite late. However, I am glad I stayed here as the owner and his wife were friendly and helpful. The room itself, though basic was spotlessly clean. It is also a very beautiful building. It is a 3 minute walk to the Railway platform, has an excellent Bakery nearby and it is very central.

Rooms above the local pub

I stayed one night as I worked in the area in the 70's, so a nostalgia trip. Rooms are a bit dated but good enough for a couple of nights. Very good price and excellent food both evening meal and breakfast. The info states Public Parking on site, but there isn't any just public free street parking.

Old Hotel, New Facade

There is a small row of tables in front of the building where a traveller can sit and enjoy the first morning coffee (or a cappucino as I did) and watch the surroundings. The big house is nice although a bit shabby on the inside. The location is very good.

Alt weeze

Great location,close to railway line and airport,staff friendly,English speaking,room clean but bed was uncomfortable,breakfast was rolls,ham,cheese,yogurts,and boiled eggs,tea and coffee and orange juice,wheeze has changed a lot in 34 years,used to be a busy town,it is more like a village now since laarbruch closed in 1998!!tip,make sure u keep taxi number for morning for airport back to laarbruch,although only a 10 minute drive the taxi didn't turn up at 5.30 am,we used another taxi firm and only managed to get our flight back to uk with only a few minutes to spare, bonus only a 50 minute flight back to stansted,,enjoyed the local areas and Germany is a lovely and enjoyable place to stay
