モナクス モナクス アパートメンツは、スファキアのビーチの近くに位置しています。フランゴカストリョ ヴェネタン要塞とトゥルキコカストロは地域の人気スポット。地域の自然美を堪能するなら、フランゴカステッロ ビーチやラッコイビーチがおすすめです。 滞在中は、冷蔵庫やコンロのほか、WiFi (無料)、薄型テレビなどの設備やサービスが利用可能です。他の設備やサービスには、高級寝具、ランドリー設備、ヘアドライヤー、タオルがあります。

Another wonderful stay in Frangokastello ☺️
We are sat at Chania airport waiting for our flight home, and already thinking about our return to these fabulous apartments next year - we aren't usually ones for going back to the same place again and again, but we've found just the best spot!
This is our second visit to Monachus Monachus, and part of me wants to keep it a secret, as the area is totally unspoilt, authentic, and so far away from mass tourism on Crete, but on the other hand, we want to give the owners some recognition for another great holiday.
Frangokastello itself is a very quiet, small town on the south coast of Crete, about 2 hours drive from Chania. The apartments are set back 200m from the beach, and consist of three small, two-storey blocks, with 22 apartments in total. They surround a large swimming pool, in flower and tree-filled grounds. Free parking is available for anyone bringing a car, as we did, hiring one online from one of the many rental companies operating out of Chania airport.
We had a one-bedroom apartment. All are self-catering, and have a kitchen area, with a cooker, microwave, plates, cutlery, utensils, and most importantly for us, a filter coffee machine.
The bed was very comfortable and aircon and Wi-Fi are free! Bathroom towels are included, and cleaning is done twice a week.
There is a washing machine in the basement, which is free to use and even has detergent etc supplied at no charge.
There is a balcony with a table and chairs, and a drying airer with pegs for your washing, or just to dry your beach towels etc.
Rooms are typical Greek basic, but everything works and we were very comfortable for the two weeks we were there. Oh, and there is also a safe in one of the wardrobes, again, free!
For the price you pay, it is excellent value, and like most things on the south coast, cheaper than you might pay up north, near Chania, for example.
The owners, who I mentioned earlier, are a super friendly family, and will do anything and everything to make your stay even better - Nikos, his wife Eleni, and their son, Andreas. Thank you again for a fabulous two weeks, and we can't wait to return next summer.

Quiet situation, but walkable to supermarket, beach and tavernas.
Delightful elderly couple in charge who made you feel very welcome.

We'll be back!
Very well maintained complex, rooms super spacious and it's all there you need. The landlords are super friendly and helpful. Can only be recommended! Beach and restaurants are within walking distance.
The beds are also very comfortable, rarely slept so well in Crete.

Highly recommend Monachus Monachus. Eleni and Nikos were so helpful and welcoming. The apartment was well equipped, comfy bed, spotless, great kitchen equipment. Swimming pool was amazing, plenty of sun beds and shade. We used public transport to get around so hire car not necessary if you are prepared to be flexible. Location is perfect for walking to the multiple tavernas around ( try Coral for great atmosphere and superb food). Just a lovely lovely place with amazing hosts. Thank you Eleni and Nikos. X
