Sofia is like a second mama for you <3

Good - everything!
We were here for four nights. We are also vegans so Sofia made us a vegan breakfast! I've never seen this before :)
Everything was clean, fresh and sweet - scented.
We really recommend this BB.

Not great

The location was great - 3 min to the beach. But the b&b isn’t a b&b and some of these reviews here reflect prior ownership. It’s a cluster of 4 bedrooms - one with a kitchen and living and dining room, two en suite, and mine was no bathroom indoors, I had to unlock my door, get out, unlock my bathroom door, to use it. I think selling a bedroom with private bathroom without staying you have to leave your bedroom and go onto a common hall in your nightwear to then unlock and use your private bathroom is hugely misleading
The owner offered to send me suggestions of places to eat but didn’t. No voucher for a breakfast at a cafe nearby was given although it was stated on booking. Owner gave poor instructions to find so my taxi didn’t find it and got annoyed. The common area with coffee and tea and a microwave only had camomile tea.

Great location in Pescara

The check-in was friendly after communicating in advance via WhatsApp. The accommodation was not that easy to find via Google Maps. It is located in a narrow alley. The room was comfortable. The private bathroom was directly opposite. I was able to leave my luggage there for a while and picked it up again later. Unfortunately there was no breakfast. In other reviews on the booking portal I heard about vouchers for a café, but they were not given to me at check-in. The accommodation is close to the beach and the promenade and also in the city center. So a really great location. Supermarket and good restaurants are a short walk away. Overall good accommodation and I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars.

Rare

Rare!! The only positive note is the location close to the center and quiet.
For the rest, the room they gave us was completely different from the photos on the site, poor cleanliness, cold and there was no TV!!
Absolutely needs improvement.

Better and cheaper places around.

It is not bad, but there are hotels cheaper and modern around for the same price or less, definitely don't recommend it.
My personal experience with other guests eating my food and the owner doesn't care, so I left the place.
