A BEAUTIFUL SOLUTION
Residence egger is located in Terlano, a small village halfway between Bolzano and Merano. You are immersed in the vineyards that are everywhere and in the silence of the area with also paths to walk among the vineyards. The property has very large private parking!!! Spacious and well furnished rooms immersed in absolute tranquility!! On floor -1 there is also a small spa with sauna turkish bath available to customers. Good restaurant and pizzeria an extra plus for the context!!!! Run great by two sisters very young and super nice+++. Value for money very centered. We had a great time!!!Breakfast top!!! Recommended!!!

No professionalism. We will never return
We booked the table for Mother's Day asking to be put inside. Arrived at the restaurant we discover that on their own initiative they moved us outdoors on a bad, windy day and soon after it also began to rain. I know we weren't the only ones who had this nasty surprise. Evidently, the managers have given our table to some other customer, maybe regular. Unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. We got up and left. For sure I will never come back and will not recommend it to anyone.

Great stay with feel-good factor!
Super great stay in a beautiful house with great location and very nice, helpful service!
The modernly furnished house convinces with its modern rooms and beautiful furnishings. The accompanying restaurant offers great and very delicious dishes including accompanying pizzaria with pizzas from the stone oven. Especially the beautiful garden and the seating terrace offer a great view of the mountains. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and you can order extra food such as freshly prepared scrambled eggs or other coffee variations.
Will come back again!

FIXED STOP CHRISTMAS MARKETS
Every year on the occasion of the visit to the markets my family and I stay in this beautiful structure. Very convenient because it is located between Merano and Bolzano. The structure is managed by two sisters always very helpful in finding the right solution for us. At every arrival we are always greeted with a smile, always very courteous.
The rooms and apartments are beautiful, warm and welcoming.
Pizza very very good, when booking accommodation we always book the place at the restaurant because since we are always at dinner even local people are afraid of not finding a place, as for the restaurant removed pasta for children and desserts we never tried anything, what little we had the opportunity to order was presented with care and good.
Breakfast what about..... maybe the first if not the second reason why we always choose Residence Egger, variety of sweet and savory, typical products that we appreciate every time.
At check aut we always say goodbye with a goodbye..... knowing to come back right there every time we are around.

a beautiful mistake
By my mistake we arrived at this place - that is, I saw it on Booking but opted for another place - on the day of arrival we arrived convinced that we had booked from Egger, instead no, verified the free cancellation on the other side we stayed from Egger and we did not regret "absolutely" quiet area, all very kind staff, top cleaning, large parking beautiful communal pool 10min walk, we wanted to explore a top restaurant in the area, in the end we decided to stay for dinner at "Egger" and another time apt at 110% , our choice was restaurant but also pizza, in our opinion, at sight looks very good, a good choice of white or red wines even local to finish a nice lawn adjacent to the restaurant / pizzeria where they can play and run the children in peace - we, as accommodated we took advantage of the super stocked sweet and savory breakfast buffet - if I Recommendation this place? But without thinking YES
