A jewel in the Medina.

I read reviews before choosing Andella Spa and was impressed with the overall impression of the responses. We had an 6 AM flight from Malaga and arrived at RAK at 6:30 AM. The driver we arranged through the riad was waiting outside with a comfortable, modern car. He took us to the riad, talking about the city and what we saw. Even though we arrived very early, we were received and directed to breakfast before their normal start time and got us into our room at 9:45 AM, after it was cleaned from the previous guests. The staff was extremely gracious, accommodating and tight knit. Our room was named Amira and was beautiful, as were all the spaces, with attention to details (tile, interior design and decor). We felt like guests at a family home, with the staff as our family. Abdullah and Ali were extremely friendly and made suggestions about shopping, tours, and directions. We highly recommend Andella, including its location in Medina, but the staff was the highlight of our stay.

Fantastic experience

Stunning hotel just a couple minutes walk from the central souk. Absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the best service that we encountered in Morocco. We only ate breakfast there but the food was wonderful. Simple and wholesome and slightly different every morning. Couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Beautiful riad

Beautiful riad which was perfect for 3 nights stay after climbing Mt Toubkal and after a well earned rest. Staff on arrival were very friendly and welcoming and we were served delicious Moroccan mint tea. Our room was very clean and bed very comfy and noise levels were too a minimum. We enjoyed the spa facilities and had a lovely dinner here which was lovely. The waiters were very friendly and attentive and overall service was excellent. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Phenomenal Experience!

Absolutely wonderful experience!!! I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Morocco. The staff (Ali, Abdullah, Younes, Mohammad, Adil, Jalil, Abdul, Boujma and many others) attended to our every whims. One evening, I wasn’t feeling well and missed dinner. The staff knocked on my door with tea, soup and sliced oranges. It brought tears to my eyes. The spa (Chinese Ritual) was amazing….The restaurant food was delicious…Oh, I could go on and on…. I will definitely return. Kudos!!

In short...

Clean facility but it does not shine for internal activities and also outside the facility there is no maintenance.
