Good accommodation

Very good experience. The Riyadh was responsible for sending us a driver to the airport who accompanied us to the Riyadh gate, and good thing, because I don’t know if we would have been able to get there since taxis don’t enter the streets of the medina. The location is perfect, in the middle of the medina in a small street, but once inside you don't hear anything about the bustle outside. Breakfast is included. 2 minutes walk from the jemaa el fna square. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. They change the towels every day. They advise you very well where to eat or what to visit, and if you need any excursion you can hire it with them. They speak perfectly Spanish.
Fully recommended.

Location is ok .Manager is very helpfull.Breakfast adaquate .
It could be cleaner .Also better maintained
I booked through manager direct ,not Riad website or booking .agent
He asked if I required massage .I stayed in Riad before who had spa ,but also much cleaner .Staff on site all day .
YOUSEF .was about in morning serveing breakfast .I was moved rooms .After day1 .Day 2 eve sewrage came into room .Smell was bad .Hole in ceiling .
HE said it would be repaired .My room plaster falling off wall in bathroom sick dirty .I cleaned myself .
My bed was not changed at all in a week .Yousef
HE invited prevois guests for breakfast and to come to Riad for visits I spoke to them he .Put it on my bill .
HE ASKED WHEN i wanted massage I had said on a sunday .I was tired i been out walking a lot .It turned out he does massage he appolagised as I expected hammon .
Day before i left i rested on roof top in afternoon and he rang asked if I was there to let new guests in .Nit proffesstional at all .

We spent 3 days in this riad where we had a great welcome with info on restaurants, tours and how to walk in the souks!
Typical and authentic place, very nice.

Perfect.

Everything is perfect , authentic riad , quiet even if it is in the heart of the Medina.
And then the presence of Youssef is the most! Advice, kindness.
