A Riad not to be missed.
The location is close to the square, making all activities easily accessible on foot. Yet, there is incredible calm just past the door of the Riad! A very pleasant rooftop. A huge thank you to the staff who were lovely from start to finish, who even prepared takeaway breakfasts for our excursions. Thank you!

To visit absolutely!
A riad located 5 minutes walk from Jema El Fnah Square, in the medina. After the life of the street, it is in a sumptuous haven of peace that we arrive, sweet smell of orange blossom in the entrance. The room is very nice, clean, air conditioned. Kamel, Sofiane and Abdou very welcoming, kind and very accommodating. Very well organized excursions, reservation of the hammam, taxi, accompaniments to meeting points. Breakfast and evening meals, of very good quality, served on the ground floor or terrace. Mint tea. We had a great stay, and we recommend 200%!

Superb Riad Olika in the medina, ideally located.
Riad Olika is absolutely superb, close to Jeema El Fna square and the souks, a warm welcome and very helpful staff, copious and delicious breakfast, another big thank you to the whole team and it is with pleasure that we will book again at Riad Olika.

First Time Riad, Very Happy
I would just echo the majority of the earlier reviews.
A lovely place, especially the terrace on the roof and the array of plants in the atrium. The photos from other reviews are accurate and give a feel of the place.
Great location. A few minutes walk from Jemma-El-Fnaa square but easy to find and despite this very quiet from outside noise.
The staff were universally great and the ladies in the kitchen and cleaning work their socks off. We were especially graetful to them for their understanding on our check out day when our daughter was sickly and they were happy for her to rest on the terrae for the day until we were getting transport in the afternoon.
Really nice filling breakfast each day, which varied slightly day to day which was nice.
It was our first time in the medina and in a riad so I can't speak to relative quality or value but in and of itself it was a really nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

Great value stay in the heart of Medina
We had a wonderful time at Riad Olika. In a great spot in the heart of the Medina, just a few minutes walk from Jemma-El-Fnaa square , souks and good food spots. Some nice street food on the main road also, as well as easy access to nice restaurants and bars.
The riad was a nice respite from the busy and hot streets; it was always cool, a nice place to lounge and so quiet considering how central it was. One of our favourite parts was the wonderful terrace up top where we would sit out late afternoon or watch the sunset.
We have to mention Soufjan and his brother, also Mustafa and the rest of the team at Riad Olika who were exceptionally helpful and welcoming and made our first time in Morocco very pleasant and memorable. Soufjan was amazing at helping with best spots and restaurants to visit! Also the lady who cooked breakfast (unfortunately didn’t get her name!) was also very lovely and made a great breakfast each day, each with its own little twist so we got to try different types of pancakes and pastries. The breakfast is very good value with the stay and we loved sitting on the terrace each morning to enjoy.
It’s also very picturesque :)
