This was a truly charming place to stay. The rooms were a good size, comfortable, and felt homely. The riad is in a great location, within walking distance of Jemaa el-Fna, the main souk, and lots of Moroccan restaurants as well as other cuisines. It made getting around very easy. Breakfast was delicious, and we really appreciated that there was something different every day.
A special thank you to Rashid and Hamza, who were amazing hosts and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We really loved the personal touch and warm feel of the place. Thank you as well to Khadiza, who always had a big smile and kept our room tidy every day.
The only small downside was that the shower didn’t stay hot for very long, so showers could be a bit of a struggle at times, but we didn’t mind too much and it didn’t take away from our overall experience.

A beautiful discovery
Right in the center of Marrakech in an alley the Riad welcomes us with delicious tea and our comfortable rooms. A little smell in a room and no key to get into the Riad you have to disturb the guests every time, that’s the only thing because it was perfect.

Great stay, unfortunately only two nights
Sweet, intimate riad with swimming pool in the courtyard ...Yassine spontaneously showed us a great restaurant nearby, very friendly

Our stay at Riad Passali in Marrakech was pleasant and made even better by its convenient location within walking distance of the city center. The riad had a traditional charm, offering comfortable rooms and a peaceful courtyard that provided a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the medina. While the facilities were generally good, the pool could have been warmer, which would have made for a more enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the setting was inviting, making it a comfortable base for exploring the city.
The host was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, despite managing most things on his own. His enthusiasm and hospitality truly stood out, though the riad would have benefitted from additional staff to support him. Once he left for the day, communication became a bit challenging as there was no English-speaking staff available, which made certain requests more difficult. Despite these small inconveniences, we appreciated the personal service and the great location, making Riad Passali a solid choice for those looking for a walkable and authentic Marrakech experience.

Wonderful Riad
A wonderful riad close to many of the major attractions. Rooms are denoted by colour not numbers and are decorated as per the name - blue, beige, orange green etc. There is a delightful rooftop area to relax and read a book. Swimming pool and outdoor areas to sit in, as well as many small lounge areas. Drinking water is provided in the room but no kettle.
