到着予定時刻をBraemar Youth Hostelに事前に連絡してください。 宿泊料金を事前に支払う必要があります。SYHAは、支払いに関する詳細を記載した予約確認書をお送りします。宿泊料金の支払いを確認後、鍵の引渡し場所や施設の住所などの施設詳細を記載したメールをSYHAより送信します。 チェックインの際、写真付きの身分証明書とクレジットカードの提示が必要となります。特別リクエストは確約ではなく、チェックイン時の状況により利用できない場合があり、また追加料金が必要となる可能性があります。 Full payment for all bookings will be charged at the time of booking. All major credit & debit cards are accepted excluding American Express. All bookings will include a temporary membership fee per person per night. (Full, existing members of Hostelling Scotland and HI using these channels are not entitled to a membership refund). Individual reservations (Up to 9 persons) - can cancel free of charge until 3 days before the arrival date. If cancelled within the 3 days before the arrival 100 percent of the total price will be charged. Groups reservations (more than 9 persons) - different policies and additional supplements will apply. More than 8 weeks (57 days or more) 20% of total cost. 8 – 4 weeks (56- 29 days) 55% of total cost. 4 – 0 weeks (28 - 0 day) 100% of total cost. No stag or hen parties are permitted at any youth hostel. Should guests be entitled to a refund or part refund please note that these are processed by Hostelling Scotland National Office, Stirling. It may take 7 to 10 working days from the date of cancellation request for the refund to be processed back onto the original card used. From the age of 12 to 15 years, young people must be accompanied by a parent or guardian of the same gender when booking a bed within shared accommodation. Parties with young children (under 12 years) will only be accommodated in private rooms, where available Hostelling Scotland advise that additional notice be given to the destination youth hostel when travelling with children, to ensure that suitable accommodation is available. There is no capacity for extra beds or cots. Check-in from 17.00 until 21.30 and check-out from 07.00-10.00. Reception opening times do vary; Sunday to Thursday opens 07.00-10.00 and 17.00-21.30. Friday and Saturday opens 07.00-10.00 and 17.00-22.00. Late arrival and access outside the opening hours by pre-arrangement only.
