THE BEST.

Paid about 45€ per night , super mega central 2 minutes from the metro and 1 minute walk from the central market or mega indoor supermarket. The price includes the spa ( small but nice , has whirlpool , Turkish bath , sauna , sun loungers ) and also includes bathrobe ( changed daily ) and slippers .
Pretty clean
But its strength is sincerely the location, I would recommend it to everyone.
Very friendly staff, free luggage storage

It is outdated.

An outdated hotel that needs to be renovated. The room was barely clean and very poorly soundproofed. You can clearly hear the resumption of tram traffic at 5 AM. The air conditioning was defective, and we had to go down with our comforters and pillows and threaten to sleep at the reception for them to temporarily change our room because it was very hot. As for the elevator, it is incredibly slow, both to call, and for the opening and closing of the doors, as well as for going up and down. A revision would be welcome because it is alarming. The only positive point is the proximity to a subway station.

Avoid - dirty and bugs

Really disappointing stay to say the least. The room was dirty when we arrived with leftover food in the fridge, used towels with makeup stains, and even hair in the bed. We are the kind of guests that would let that go, but worst of all, a bug fell on my face while I was trying to sleep, which was extremely distressing. We only stayed a few hours before speaking with the manager and leaving after being promised a refund. Now they don’t want to refund saying that we should have notified of the dirty place and that is normal that there’s bugs. Definitely not worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Beyond expectations

Great hotel with the best value in the center of Sofia... Dated rooms, but very hot... carpet on earth, but.... below there is a spa with also huge whirlpool... and 37 ° water... another gem... a small smoking area at the entrance of the spa always warm... Preferable the upper floors because of the noisy trams in the street .. Ideal location if you want to visit Sofia in winter...

Great stay, but could be excellent

First of all impossible to judge with less than 4 stars to a structure that at that price also provides you with a spa at your disposal until 11 pm in the evening.
The location is very central, close to the Serdica metro and 10/15 min walk from any attraction and place.
I liked the style and environment, made me feel comfortable and at home.
They also changed our towels, bathrobes and made us refill bars of soap, shampoo and bubble bath, every day, which is not at all obvious.
Quality / price is great, but with some precautions if the owners are not satisfied could become excellent.
Regarding the spa it would be good to regulate the water because it is too hot.
The main elevator is horrible, it's scary to take it, it doesn't do justice to this hotel, slow and poorly maintained.
The soundproofing of street-side rooms, like ours exposed to traffic, is bad.
Every time a car or even worse passes by, the tram seems to be passing in the room.
Also the smell of the bathroom, not having vent and not avend windows, often invaded the room.
To improve the interaction between staff and customers, I find the staff a little uninteractive and friendly but maybe it's simply the mood and character of the place, I noticed the same mood in many shops.
Also to expand the menu and room service, I would have tried it willingly but just does not inspire you as it is.
