The room was spotless and large. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The restaurant meals were excellent with great service. Highly recommended.

The suite was very clean and the staff more than helpful. The view of the ocean and port is great and the restaurant right next door. The suite has everything you need for a short or extended stay. We hope to return.

The room was a two level suite and it was a nice room but could have been top level if there was some kind of cover for the skylight above the bed as by 6am the room was lit up with sunshine and the curtains also did not block all the light on the 3 windows. Otherwise it had a great view and the restaurant had great food for supper and very good servers as we ate there all 3 nights. The other weird thing was at check-in we were asked if we wanted to tip the front office and housekeeping which caught me off guard as I have never been asked that before and the suggested tip was over $100 which I hit no tip on the machine.

It was good but the porch is shared which I didn't love. I was relaxing on the bed when someone looked into my room windows off the balcony...not great. The room was nice and I paid cash for it; then they said I had to pay a 300 deposit on my credit card. I did that and it was to be refunded the next morning when we checked out ...okay no problem. I went to check out and they couldn't seem to process the refund. Finally after I stayed there and insisted they went and got me the cash. I don't believe their machines can actually process the refund 🤔. They need to get that corrected.
