There was only one rude porter when we were checking out. But overall it was a great experience. I'll stay here again if I'm ever in Munich again.

Nothing exceptional
The breakfast is excellent and abundant, and the minibar is also free. In the lobby, there is a large pitcher with water, lemon, mint, and cucumber, very refreshing, available to guests.

Very nice and modern hotel
Unfortunately, the hotmiles program no longer exists; I had the highest status there, and the transfer to Windham didn't work out. I still received a very nice upgrade, perhaps because I have been to this hotel so many times; I was very pleased, I will gladly come back.
