Very very Worst experience.

The staff was unfriendly and even insulting the guests and they used abuse language. There was no apology or anything, no self reflection at all. The room was dirty. It was the worst hotel experience ever. There’s no more to say, I would not like to go there anymore, not even when getting paid for it

Pleasant

It was a great stay.
Nice staff, they try to help guests in every way.
A kettle or iron is provided on request.
The location is ideal.
Everything is within walking distance, as is the S-Bahn to Frankfurt.
Price/performance ratio is top notch.
I don't understand the old reviews, but there are also updates...
If you expect a lot, you have to dig deeper into your pockets...

Flawless...

Had a great week. Super friendly staff, very attentive.
You can also communicate your wishes and the attached restaurant... delicious. The rooms are a bit small, but inexpensive, modern and no frills... great location. Everything there.
