Not terrible, better than expected (i had really low expectations). Clean

Reading all these reviews, i was scared to come for our family summer vacation, so many critics about food, noise, small bathrooms etc. My experience was the opposite, very kind staff (except the older boss lady, at first cold and rude, but later actually nice) she could be more welcoming, we are guests, not intruders, food was normal, there was eggs, ham and cheese, plain greek yogurt, another day fruit yoghurt, compote, chopped cucumbers and tomatoes as a salad, olives, puff pastries with hot dog meat, spinach or cheese, some days dry cake like brownie - very tasty, margarine, marmalade, chocolate spread, cornflex, honey, fresh bread, coffee, tea, juice, one day fresh chopped peaches. rooms were clean, every day it was mopped and garbage was taken out, change of towels once during the stay.
The noise wasn't terrible, our child slept well.
Only have a critic about electricity outputs, there was only one not even near the bed. I would recommended the owner to add extra electricity cable in the rooms and offer cattle so guests could boil water (i needed to warm up my baby's milk) but olso for coffee or tea, because the kitchen is closed after 10AM.
I would come again.

He's not worth his money.

The hotel is not recommended to anyone. It doesn't even draw for 2 stars.
Old rooms that don't pay attention at all. We had a three-bedroom room in which there was no hair dryer, the batteries in the telecontrol needed a change, the sink in the bathroom was constantly running. Balcony doors from the inside do not lock resulting easily can steal you nor have safe in the rooms.
Breakfast is poor.
He's not worth his money.

The worst is Booking.com and Simotel Ermis.

The worst thing I could experience since there was no air conditioner in the master bedroom and the owner had told us to leave the door of the 2nd bedroom to have air conditioning since the room we paid for was a family room with 2 rooms and 4 beds. Also, there were no plugs for charging in the master room...and after discussions we were told by Booking.com that we can leave if we want with a refund of the entire amount we paid with the agreement of Booking and the owner and when we did it the next day he refused to refund us the amount and in the many things we discussed they only gave us half the money as if the inconvenience we went through and what we paid for another stay in Thessaloniki was our fault! Misinformation and deception by Booking.com with Simotel. Otherwise the calls are recorded and checked...
