❤️ Loved it ❤️
I booked this place on a package with Jet2. After reading reviews for the different hotels, this just really appealed to me and I'm glad I followed my instinct. Upon arrival , we were greeted by the lovely Theo who showed us straight to our room . This was a lovely gesture after a long day travelling and he advised us to go and see him once we were relaxed and settled.
It is true that a lot of visitors are returning and this is a testament to Christos , Theo and their family.
They make you feel so welcome and they put you at ease immediately. All the other visitors were really friendly and always made an effort to chat with us and give us advice about the area. It was our first time in Parga and we loved it. Christos also gave us restaurant recommendations too and they were very good. He's a funny guy and always up for a bit of fun with guests . All the family are really hardworking to make sure the guests stays are perfect.
The pool area is lovely too and we never had an issue getting a sunbed. We also liked sitting in the comfy bar having a drink or trying some of the food on offer. This is a nice and peaceful place to stay so if you are looking for somewhere rowdy with loud music then it is definitely not for you. The pool is quiet with a bit of background music which was perfect.
The room was very comfortable, the only drawback was paying extra for the air con but it was too hot to sleep without it for me.
The hotel is 10-15 minutes to the town which is ideal for us because we enjoy exploring but there
are many restaurants on the way . You can turn right or left from the hotel to reach town and there was so many restaurants to choose from.
We will definitely be returning because we love Parga and Irini hotel

Great hotel, hospitality let it down
Beautiful clean apartments, spacious and modern bathrooms. Constant hot water. Lovely pool and bar area. Some road noise at night due to location on main road.
Not the warm welcome used to in Greece. Arrived greeted by owner who put his hand up and said one moment please, walked past us and went straight to the couple who arrived after us, apparently regulars. Another chap came out, thought he was coming to see to us but no he walked on by to the other couple too! Got shown to our room, no welcome, no smile, had to ask him his name. After settling into room went for a refreshment at the bar. After a while asked the owner as it was our first time to the area what he recommended whilst we were there, to which he replied 'did you not book with a travel agent?' Ask me tomorrow. Not a great start tbh . Struggled to get a hello or smile the rest of our time there. Large group of repeat returners there whilst we were there, organised their own pool parties, themed nights which sounded great fun. Felt a bit like outsiders so didn't spend time in the bar area, shame really as normally enjoy a night cap in the hotel bar. All in all a great hotel but our time there tainted by the atmosphere

I would like to begin by saying that I am the "chap" you referred to in your review.
Thank you for your kind comments about our hotel, our rooms and our facilities. They are genuinely appreciated.
However, I would also like to clarify a few points that were omitted from your review, as I believe that several important facts were left out.
Long before you arrived, your travel agent, Mrs E. Wilkinson, contacted me repeatedly by email and phone requesting an upper-floor room for you.
She also mistakenly sent the same request to another hotel outside Parga, creating enough confusion for that hotel to believe you were staying there.
They contacted us to find out what had happened, and the situation eventually had to be untangled through Jet2, together with numerous emails and phone calls.
I spent a considerable amount of time dealing with this unnecessary confusion and personally assuring your travel agent that your request would be taken care of. It was — and you were given an upper-floor room exactly as requested.
Regarding your arrival on 8 July, three couples arrived at the property at the same time. The couple you described as "apparently regulars" were not regular guests at all. They were simply staying in the ground-floor room directly below yours, only a few steps from where they were standing. It therefore made perfect sense to show them to their room first before personally carrying your luggage upstairs to the upper-floor room that had been specifically reserved following your repeated requests.
We do not operate based on arrival order, as we are not always aware of who reached the property first. We simply assist guests in the most practical way at the time.
You also mention that I did not introduce myself. That is true, and I apologise if it gave the wrong impression. At that moment another couple was waiting to check in, so my priority was to ensure every arriving guest reached their room as quickly as possible. I gave you all the essential information about your accommodation before returning to assist the next guests.
Finally, you wrote that you "struggled to receive a hello or a smile" for the remainder of your stay. In reality, apart from your arrival, I only saw you once more—on Sunday 19 July, and even then only from a distance. It was your husband who approached me to ask for help arranging a taxi for your dinner. As it was a Sunday, most local taxis were busy with airport transfers, and I was trying to find one for you. You were luckier the following day when the owner was able to arrange a taxi for you.
We simply did not cross paths again during the rest of your holiday, so there was no opportunity for us to ignore you or fail to offer a greeting or a smile.
I am genuinely sorry, Mrs White, that you"struggled" during your stay.
However, I would like to point out that long before your arrival, I personally took care of your request and made every effort to ensure everything was arranged for you (including the upper-floor room you requested and a parking space for your convenience).

Amazing Stay!
Stayed at the fabulous Irini Apartments for the first time at the end of May for 10 nights for my best friend’s wedding. I can honestly say that our stay here was nothing short of wonderful. Christos and Theo are true gentlemen and nothing was too much trouble. Made to feel extremely welcome and it is clear why so many guests return each year! Rooms are spotless, pool area is quiet and no sun bed wars here!! Theo makes the most amazing cocktails !! It was a privilege to stay here and made a lovely occasion even more special. A short walk to the centre of Parga makes it a very convenient place to stay. Parga has captured our hearts and so has our stay at Irini. We will be back.

Peaceful relaxing holiday
After reading the glowing reviews on TripAdvisor we decided to book directly with Irinis Studios and can't fault the organisation by them including the airport transfers.
On arrival we met our contact who showed us to our loft apartment which was really nice, probably one of the best apartments we have had in Greece. The super king-size bed and pillows were really comfortable, lovely bathroom with a nice powerful shower and plenty of hot water.
Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels every second day and there were adequate utensils and crockery plus a toaster and kettle, although there was no hotplate or cooking rings if you wish to cook.
The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and is kept spotlessly clean as is the pool.
We had three lunches at Irinis but decided to head out for lunch for the rest of our holiday.
On our third day, the owner (we presumed)
spoke to us giving some local information.
The bar was busy most evenings, as we were heading out and on our return, and it soon became apparent there were plenty of returners as they all seemed to know each other and were made very welcome by the family. Although everyone was friendly enough it did seem a bit cliquish in the bar and around the pool.
We found some really nice restaurants in Parga and ate out every night so can't comment on the bar meals. Irinis Studios is on the outskirts of Parga and around a 15 minute walk downhill to the town and, remember, uphill on the return.

Irini Studios, Parga
We had a fantastic stay at Irini Studios in Parga. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and set in a peaceful location. The view from the Breakfast bar is absolutely lovely. The pool area was well maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout our holiday.
What really made our stay special was the warm hospitality from the family who run the studios. They were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with recommendations and local information. The food and drinks available on site were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.
Parga town itself is within walking distance (although it is uphill on the return journey.) With plenty of shops cafes and Tavernas, something for everyone.
Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend Irini Studios to anyone visiting Parga. We would happily stay here again in the future.
