Misleading Listing - Not What I Expected at Hotel AC Mist, Munnar

I booked Hotel AC Mist through Goibibo for a family trip to Munnar. I was really disappointed with what I found. The place wasn’t really a hotel—it felt more like a dormitory inside a Christian hostel. When I arrived late in the evening, there was no one at the reception. After calling multiple times, someone finally showed up and let me in, but the room he gave us was tiny, had no fan, and definitely no air conditioning like the listing said.
I had booked the room for two adults and two kids, but the room was cramped and in a dark, poorly lit part of the building, which made me worry about my kids’ safety. The overall atmosphere was really uncomfortable. When I tried contacting Goibibo’s customer care, there was no response, so I had to find another hotel last minute and pay extra.
I told customer service about this, but they said there was nothing they could do because it was a non-refundable booking. That felt unfair since the place was nothing like what was promised online. I just want other travelers to know the truth before they book here.

Nice property marred by steep access and noise disturbances

Liked:
Well maintained with clean floors, clean bathroom, clean sheets and towels. 24 hours hot water (electric geyser). Room spacious, value for money. They have a treated water dispenser for hot and cold water that provided 24 hours drinking water.
Logging into their wifi network was super easy - they have pasted a QR code in each room - just scan, click and you are connected. The room had a balcony (Room#201) with very nice views.
Front desk lady was very efficient, answered our questions and helped with a quick check-in, check-out. Very cordial.
Disliked:
Very steep climb using steps to access the property via a church. On two days some function was going on and it was difficult to get thro the crowds,
Alternate route was nearly a km extra distance with a climb as well.
Property is part of a church - some program was going on every day and the noise reached the room. Further during the nights (till about 11pm) they had some kind of bonfire below our room with loud music affecting our sleep after a tiring day.
Not enough charging points. No light controls near the bed headboard. No side tables.
