Perfect.

A very nice hotel with very nice well equipped rooms.
Breakfast offers a varied choice of savoury and sweet. Free parking gives this hotel one more point.
We spent 2 excellent nights there. I highly recommend it.

Rate as 3 stars.

The hotel is quite basic. They only provide water for 1 day. The breakfast is simple and just basic food. The bed is soft and comfortable. Near by is a supermarket to get essencia items. Reception is not too friendly. Cleanliness is reasonable.

Caution in Settlement

Actually, I wanted to give a relatively good review, but in the end, the management's treatment was miserable.
But first of all the location: pretty much outside the city near the airport, walking a little 40 minutes to the train station.
The rooms ok, the breakfast buffet quite good but chaotically organized, so that was called queue.
But there are no more positive things to report. We arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. in the morning and had already asked several times before - but without having received an answer - if we could leave our bags already.
Raised the receptionist had trouble finding our booking, but then already let us into a room. Of course, we found that very nice, because we really just want to put our bags down.
During our stay there was a fire alarm at night (fortunately probably false alarm). The staff were completely unprofessional, the guests were completely on their own. After about 40 minutes, the loud sirens were switched off, but the elevators remained without function, so that the guests had to walk up the stairs in some cases 5 floors.
Dar Hammer can but in the end: as had booked 7 nights, and would be charged the city taxi for 8 days. We thought this was a mistake at first (it is, because the city of Vilnius charges the tax per night and not per day). Unfortunately, a conversation with the management did nothing, so we will now file an official complaint with the city.

Extremely Rude Team and Profiling

I am the General Manager of a hotel in London, and during my visit to Lithuania to see my family, I decided to visit the Loop Hotel Airport in Vilnius yesterday. My aim was to familiarize myself with the design and layout of the property as I plan to visit more often. Beforehand, I called the hotel and spoke with a team member named Oksana, who took my details and assured me that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, no one did. As I happened to be nearby, I decided to walk in with my son to have a look around.
Upon arrival, I spoke with a team member named Gabriel, who took my details once again and looked at us with suspicion. confirmed that I had spoken to Oksana and called her to verify. However, she was busy and unable to show us around. I asked if there was anyone else who could assist, but Gabriel bluntly told me that no one could show me anything unless I purchased a room. This response was not helpful and lacked a clear explanation. I couldn't help but feel that I was being profiled as a person of colour.
As a result, I have reached out to the central office for an explanation and am currently awaiting their response. In the hospitality industry, we strive to demonstrate a "yes we can" attitude, as exemplified by the Park Inn at the airport.

I stayed only one night, and walked from the airport to the hotel. I would say that the distance is walkable but not convenient with luggage. The reason is that the pavement is not smooth, and will result in abrasions and damage to your luggage wheels for the distance that you have to drag it along. For the hotel itself, it had a very high ceiling and industrial vibes, which is nice to some and perhaps not so great to others. However just a note that I couldn't figure out how to get the heating to work. Wifi speed was good, though there is a bit of a weird limitation in that some services like steam did not work, which isnt a problem for most.
