Millenium Hub & Hotel – An excellent choice in Constanța
I had a wonderful experience at Millenium Hub & Hotel. The rooms are modern, spotless, and tastefully decorated, exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities in the room made our stay incredibly relaxing.
The location is fantastic—the hotel is just steps away from the beach and very close to the city center, which allowed us to explore Constanța easily without needing any transportation.
I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant place with great service and a perfect location!

We had a one night stay. The price was low for Constanta, but that because Constanta hotels are inexplicably expensive. Reporting to what you get, I feel the price was high. There was no parking space, we had to park on the residents parking spaces. The room looked old, the bathroom drainage was poor, after the shower we had to wait 10 minutes for the water to drain. The cable was poor, the bed not so comfortable, only one elevator was working. The personnel was nice and the view was towards the sea, the only positives I can mention.

Good for a 3 star hotel
The staff is very nice, the rooms are quite big the overall experience was ok. The building needs some rework and an higher attention from the cleaning ladies is required. Good position and quite area in the middle between the city centre and Mamaia. Prices are generally below average. A good stay, nothing fancy but it has all the basics you may need.

Large comfortable rooms, able to explore both Constanta and Mamaia
This hotel is about a 7 minute ride from the train station and it is a very business centered hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from check-in to checkout and our room was large, comfortable, and possessed the amenities we needed.
It's about half an hour to walk up to the areas of Constanta most tourists want to visit and is about a 10 minute ride to Mamaia beach, but we like being between the two as we wanted to explore both. The air conditioning works well and the wifi does too, there is an elevator, and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Neither here nor there
This hotel is not perfectly in Constanta and also not perfectly in Mamaia sea beach.
This means that each way if you travel, you need some form of transport.
It appears that first floor of the hotel is a business centre, then hotel entrance is slightly right hand side of the business centre. From outside it looks nice, but I have noticed that not many people are using this hotel. But we have enjoyed our three nights of stay here. Room is very big. may be not build for hotel at the first place and then later on converted into hotel. Breakfast was not included in our stay. So, we had to pay 25 lei per person for breakfast.
Mamaia beach is approximately 9 km from the hotel. However, there is a beach not far from the hotel which is not attractive though and suitable only for day time.
