Friends holiday

The whole team were amazing... From the ground up .. Very friendly and made our 3 night stay very memorable.
The manager sorted changing our room the day after we arrived when the sink was blocked. We ended up in a marvellous room with a sea view, which was a delight.
The English maintenance man even helped fix my dress when a strap broke.. brilliant idea with a key ring ...
The bar staff were friendly and the catering team were amazing, great food.
It was so good in fact that I'm taking my mum back again this year in June 2026. Looking forward to seeing you all again.
Location wise is perfect for the beach too

Average hotel

Hotel room was a bit dated. Beds comfortable. The shower was broken and wouldn't stay on the pole. Had to use the rain shower which was turned towards the wall, when moved to be centre in the shower it flooded the bathroom. The food was repetitive with same options for lunch and dinner every day. Same desserts every night. Snacks were very limited at pool bar. I.e pastries or tortilla chips with tomato sauce or mayonnaise. Bar closed at 11pm every evening. Activities were non existent for a very busy hotel. Entertainment was every second night. Was a pleasant enough experience but more could be done to make it an exceptional hotel!!

Good hotel

Stayed from the 18th till the 23rd
Food
The food was good
All inclusive was amazing
Indoor pool
We were massively disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for our entire stay
Outdoor pool
We were pleased with the outdoor pool
Great location

very simple meals like canteen and repetitive,

it would be essential to have fridges in some rooms. in my case obligation to keep insulin, at the reception they offer to put it in a fridge in a room forbidden to guests. even offering a payment to have a fridge it was no, if there is need of insulin during the night how to make rabrabaille to go down to the reception too zero for us never again such accommodation.floor rooms not washed as every day and finally zero soundproofing with very noisy neighbors hello rest!!!

John and Christine

Just got back from a 10 day holidayand as the last time we visited had wonderful and relaxing stay. Staff so welcoming and friendly they work so efficiently and always with a smile. We couldn't fault the food . So much variety would find it hard to want for anything more. Drinks anything you want. A lovely and homely atmosphere.different areas to choose from to sit and relax without being on top of other people. Rooms clean .Location is perfect. Step outside and the shops are right on the doorstep. Beach not even five minute walk away . This is our second visit and hopefully we will be booking to go again next year. They say staff are only as good as the management and you won't find a more pleasant and hard working manager than the one at The Nordeste.
