The room was very clean and comfortable.

It was just okay. The room was spacious, but parking was a problem. Staff were not well informed about the area or major local events(such as the El Vendrell Three Kings Day celebrations). They seemed more concerned with what was on their phones than what was going on with their customers.

Fatal experience

Our experience was really horrible, not to return anymore, the lousy, dirty, and smelly rooms, you hear all the neighbors next door, the very uncomfortable beds, my daughters could not sleep all night, crying, and we parents practically neither. Very irresponsible and unfriendly workers. Inedible food. Really uncomfortable beds.

Unfortunate and dirty

Unfortunately, the bathroom full of mold, do not serve dinner and breakfast composed practically of industrial pastries. The views of the room are to an inner courtyard with neighbors' clothes hanging. At midnight the fire alarm went off and at reception we were told it was a recurring problem.
