Your reservation will include passes to Trout Creek Recreation Center, offering swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and a sauna. LIVING AREAS The living room is furnished with a couch and two armchairs. Natural light streams in through large windows. Enjoy the warm ambience of the wood-burning fireplace. Upstairs a lofted second living area has a queen sleeper sofa and a desk. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare tasty home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full-suite of appliances. When you're ready to eat, gather around the dining table for four. BED & BATH Sleep soundly in the primary bedroom on a king bed. Stream favorite shows on the smart TV. An en-suite bathroom provides a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a smart TV equipped with a DVD player. The third bedroom offers another queen bed. The second bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination. A half bath adds convenience. Your retreat is also 20 miles from Alpine Meadows, 12 miles from Sugarbowl, and 15 miles from Northstar. Sled at Snowplay, or explore 100 km of trails at the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center. Practice your swing at Tahoe Donner Golf Course (1.5 miles). Explore over 60 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails in the area. To venture out on horseback, walk 9 minutes to the Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center. For swimming, drive 10 miles to visit West End Beach. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This fee does not apply to stays of 30 or more nights The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity. The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation. Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds $3,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of $3,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renters credit card. The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by Vacasa and is not an insurance policy.
